Connecting NordRouter in Cursor

Staff Cursor Agent

The official Cursor documentation describes the keys of well-known providers, but does not confirm the arbitrary OpenAI-compatible Base URL for the regular Agent.

Working option

Cursor is compatible with VS Code extensions. Install one of them inside Cursor:

• Cline;
• Roo Code;
• Kilo Code;
• Zoo Code.

In the extension, select OpenAI Compatible and specify:

Base URL: https://nordrouter.com/v1
API Key: sk-nr-ВАШ-КЛЮЧ
Model ID: anthropic/claude-sonnet-4.6

This connects NordRouter to the selected extension, rather than changing the provider of the built-in Cursor Agent.
