Connecting Kilo Code to NordRouter

Kilo Code supports custom models through the Custom Provider.

Settings

1. Open Settings → Providers.
2. Click Connect next to Custom Provider.
3. Name the connection NordRouter.
4. Select API OpenAI Compatible/Chat Completions.
5. Base URL: https://nordrouter.com/v1.
6. Paste the API key sk-nr-….
7. Select a downloaded model or add manually anthropic/claude-sonnet-4.6.
8. Save the connection and select the model in the selector.

If Kilo offers a Responses API, still choose Chat Completions for the first test: it is the most compatible mode.
